About the event
Guidelines for submitted art:
-All art must be ready to hang
-Each artist can submit up to two pieces, three if pieces are smaller.
-Must have tags ready for each piece submitted to be be displayed on the wall next to work.
-Artist who sell pieces are responsible for sales, and delivery.
-This is a nude art display so of course nude art is the theme.
-If submitting sculptures, you must have your own stand.
-Broadstreet Brewing company, and Traveling Art Parties will not be held responsible if art is damaged.
-Each participant will receive a contract with these guidelines.
-Drop off must be done by May 24 as to have everything displayed and ready by that night for the 25th.
-All art may be submitted through email at travelingartparties@gmail.com
-There will be a $20.00 submission fee.
